Refund policy
At Savage Cuddle, we want you (and your pet) to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges
We offer a free 14-day return and exchange policy.
You may request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, returned items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in perfect, resalable condition

The item must be returned in its original box and original packaging

All tags, inserts, accessories, and protective materials must be included

The item must be free of pet hair, odors, stains, damage, or signs of wear
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, reject, or deny any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
If a return does not meet these requirements, it may be declined and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, or a partial refund may be issued where appropriate.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Your order number
Returns must be requested and approved prior to shipment. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
Free return shipping applies to U.S. domestic orders unless otherwise specified.
5. Refunds
All returns are inspected upon receipt.
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact hello@savagecuddle.com.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@savagecuddle.com with:

We will review the claim and work promptly to resolve the issue.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
8. Product Use & Responsibility
All Savage Cuddle products are intended for supervised pet use only.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or pet behavior.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to contact Savage Cuddle at hello@savagecuddle.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be considered a breach of this agreement.
We reserve the right to dispute any unjustified chargeback and to provide proof of delivery, order confirmation, customer communications, and this Return & Refund Policy as evidence in response to a payment dispute.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
